By submitting this application, I agree to waive Shop Local Queen City® and any applicable venue from all liability for damage, theft, and/or injury.

I understand that Shop Local Queen City® may hire a photograher, videograper, content creator, or the like for an event and all photos, videos, audio, or other media obtained will belong to Shop Local QC LLC and may be used to market future events, regardless of my future participation. Vendors may be provided with access to photos and/or videos and must tag SLQC and the appropriate photographer in all use of images.

I have confirmed my availability and submit this application with the full intention of participating in the selected markets. I understand that my invoice will be due within 48 hours and I promise to submit payment in full by such deadline. Applications received within 7 days of the event are due upon receipt. Our small business appreciates you!
