Presented by Shop Local QC, this vibrant market brings 20+ local shops & makers to the green beside Legion Brewing each second Saturday of the month. Explore a curated mix of boutiques, jewelry, candles, home décor, baked goods, and seasonal finds—featuring both returning favorites and new vendors each month.

Hosted in the heart of SouthPark, this is your chance to support Charlotte’s small businesses in a lively, elevated outdoor setting. Whether you’re browsing gifts, treating yourself to artisan sweets, or simply soaking in the community atmosphere, there’s something fresh at every visit.

The SouthPark Market is a brand new concept in a fresh location, situated behind Piedmont Town Center and right next to Legion Brewing SouthPark. While this area doesn’t currently offer the same level of built-in foot traffic as some of our more established venues, we’re excited about the long-term potential and the energy we're building around it. We’ll be actively promoting the market through partnerships with Legion Brewing and SouthPark Community Partners, along with a mix of paid advertising and organic outreach. This includes social media campaigns, local promotions, and community engagement to help drive attendance. As we develop this market, pricing is being offered at an introductory rate to reflect its newness and to thank vendors for being part of its early growth. We appreciate your support in helping us build something special in the heart of SouthPark.

This is an OUTDOOR venue. Events are rain or shine. This venue does NOT have turf and the grass is patchy. There may be dirt and/or mud at these events. It is the responsibility of the vendor to monitor the weather and protect your display and inventory from the environment.

Tentative Event Hours: 11 am - 4 pm (See ARRIVAL section for more details).

RENTAL: Space only. Vendors to provide own WHITE TENT, tent weights (40 lbs per leg), table(s), chair(s), and linen(s).

OUTDOOR: This event is rain or shine, so outdoor vendors should be prepared for potential weather. In the event of unsafe weather, a rescheduled date will be provided. NO REFUNDS are issued. Only credit for future events.

TENTS: Outdoor vendors MUST use a tent. Each tent leg must be weighted with at least 40 lbs, PER LEG. We understand this is significant and not the standard tent weight, so please pay attention when ordering or bringing tent weights. This weight requirement is for the safety of vendors and patrons. Failure to use tent weights will require your tent to be broken down.

All back-stock and supplies must fit completely under the table. At no time should any part of your display, setup or supplies be visible under or next to the table. Everything must be covered completely by the table linen or taken back to your vehicle.

LINENS: Vendors must provide floor length linens for each table. Linen must fully cover open air between table and floor. Spandex linens that attach to each leg are not sufficient if they do not also go to the floor all the way around the table.

CHAIRS: Vendors may have folding chairs, dining chairs and the like. Camping chairs are NOT permitted.

SETUP: Vendors will be assigned a location throughout the space.

ARRIVAL TIME: An arrival window will be emailed to each vendor no less than 48 hours prior to each event. The arrival window is typically 1&1/2 hours prior to the event. You must arrive within your assigned window. Late arrivals may be denied setup. No refunds will be issued for late arrivals or no-shows.

CHECK-IN: Vendors MUST check-in at the designated location. Specific details will be emailed in the final instructions 48 hours prior to each event.

BREAKDOWN: Early breakdown is not permitted. Breakdown time always begins at event closing.

SIGNAGE: Vendors must use tabletop or tablecloth signage. Pop up banners are not permitted. Handwritten signage is not permitted. ALL signage must fit within your 10x10' space. If your tent is 10x10' in size, your signage must be inside the tent. Please keep this in mind.

ELECTRICITY: We will NOT have access to electricity. Please plan accordingly.

CHILDREN: Children younger than the legal working age are not authorized to attend with/assist vendors at their table/booth.

ACCESS: We recommend utilizing a cart or dolly to transport your inventory/setup from the parking deck/lot to your assigned location. It is likely that there will be a significant walk from parking to your space due to the layout of the complex. You will not want to carry items from the car to your space.

POLITICAL ACTIVITY/DISPLAYS/ETC.: Per the code of conduct at some venues, no political merchandise may be sold, displayed, worn, or otherwise visible in any way. This applies to merchandise displaying candidates, phrases, etc. Any merchandise tied to any political activity will be prohibited. Vendors must comply with this regulation or risk forfeiting participation without refund.

Shop Local QC, Lincoln Harris, and Legion Brewing will not be held responsible for missing, lost or damaged inventory, supplies or materials. You are solely responsible for keeping up with your property.

Shop Local QC, Lincoln Harris, and Legion Brewing will not be responsible for injury, theft, or other losses. Vendor releases Shop Local QC, Lincoln Harris, and Legion Brewing from all liability.

All vendors are to be respectful of one another, the venue and the event coordination team. Shop Local QC and the venue reserve the right to remove any vendors that do not follow these guidelines.

Shop Local QC, Lincoln Harris, and Legion Brewing reserve the right to remove and ban any vendors that fail to comply with rules and regulations. No refunds will be issued.

Shop Local QC reserves the right to make changes to terms and conditions, as well as event specific details as needed to ensure the success of this event. Vendor agrees to abide by all current and future rules.
