This event will take place at two venues simultaneously, right across the street from one another. Vendors will be assigned a location at one space or the other depending on overall market balance.
Tentative Hours: 11-4
Setup: 9:00-10:45
Doors open at 10:45
Breakdown 4-5:15
YOU MUST BE BROKEN DOWN BY 5:15
Vendors may choose between an 8x8' or 6' table space. However, 8x8' spaces are limited and will be reserved for boutiques, and vendors who need more space. If you CAN use either a 6' or 8x8', please check BOTH on your application. Your display must fit entirely in this space as booths will be directly next to and across from one another leaving no additional room. Vendor is responsible for providing all necessary display items (table, chairs, racks, etc.). We do not allow the use of camping chairs.
You may NOT attach anything to the walls at this venue.
Your space must be completely clean upon departure, as if you were never there. We want to be good guests so we have the ability to come back for future events!
We will exceed our typical category limits as the intention of this event is to be a girls day out. Exclusivity is not guaranteed, but we will still apply our best judgement to cap categories at numbers that allow everyone to be successful.
This will be a ticketed event. Each vendor will be provided with a promo code for 50% off an unlimited number of tickets. Ticketing the event will help us cover the costs of creating a fun experience while keeping the vendor pricing as low as possible. This will also help us track estimated attendance for marketing purposes.
There is no loading dock at this facility, so you will want to utilize a wagon to bring your things from the parking lot. Parking is limited in LoSo, so please limit the number of vehicles you are bringing. There is a light rail stop right at the corner so guests will have lots of access other than parking.
